• Can I enter a P.O. Box as my delivery address?

  P.O. Box addresses cannot be accessed by our couriers, so please enter a physical delivery address.

• What are the delivery methods?

  Only the standard option to deliver to street level is provided. There are no other options, such as delivery to a specified floor or delivery by appointment.

• What are the delivery times?

  Delivery time is on average 8-18 working days, depending on the delay at UK Customs, as your order is shipped from Italy.

• What do I do if the delivery is delayed?

  If you have checked the tracking number (shipping code) and the delivery is late, we recommend that you contact our customer service team.

• Who are the couriers?

  For our deliveries, we use the best couriers.
