  • Can Ferplast cancel an order or not send an order item?

    Ferplast can cancel an order (partial or total) if the product is unavailable. In this case, you will be refunded.

  • Can I amend or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend or cancel orders already completed and paid for.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address for an order that has already been completed and paid for.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    If you need help creating your order, you can get support from our customer service team, who will guide you through the process until the order is completed.

  • Discount codes and promotions

    Within each product page on ferplats.com, you can see if the article is available or not.

  • When is the order process complete?

    After entering the payment details, you will be directed to the purchase confirmation page, containing the order number and date. You will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
