From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to cancel the contract.
Within this timeframe, you can notify us of your intention to return a product by using the appropriate form on the “Returns” page.
The cooling-off period is subject to the following conditions:
- It applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it cannot be exercised in relation to parts of the product and/or accessories.
- It does not apply in the case of the supply of goods made to measure, personalised or which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts, including the product tag. To minimise damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box. Always avoid putting labels or sticky tape directly onto the original product packaging.
